Here’s how delivery works for Afterglow orders, what to expect, and what to do if something looks off.
Estimated delivery
- Typical: 7–14 business days
- Sometimes longer: during busy periods or carrier delays
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive it after checkout/processing. Some shipments update in bursts (it can look “stuck” and then jump).
Incorrect address
Double-check your delivery address during checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP — changes may not be possible once the order is already processing.
Arrived damaged
If it arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item the same day and contact us. We’ll sort out the next steps.
