30-day window
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee a refund.
When refunds are typically approved
- Item arrives damaged (photos required)
- Item is defective or not working as described
- Order never arrives (after reasonable carrier timeframe)
Partial refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered instead of a return. This depends on the situation and what makes the most sense for both sides.
